Adress :351 Cours de la Libération, 33405 Talence CEDEX

Contact : Lionel HIRSCH, lionel.hirsch ims-bordeaux.fr

Topics :
The activities of the IMS Laboratory on halide perovskites are focused on the problems of interfaces and surfaces as well as on doping. IMS is currently working on solar cells and light emitting diodes.

Experimental means / theoretical tools :
The IMS Laboratory has the facility (glove boxes, spin coaters, evaporators) for the elaboration of components and for their characterizations (IVL, optical spectra, luminescence, etc.). Time-of-flight, impedance spectroscopy, 2 LN2 and 1 He cryostats are also available.
